Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink Recipe And Weight Loss

I find this detox tea to be quite refreshing and energizing, so I like to drink it first thing when I wake up, but you can also drink it before bed or anytime of the day that works for you.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 2 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of raw honey
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 small pinch of cayenne pepper
